I decided to take this rent based on the pictures and location in Brno. It was a great decision since I first met the owner Daniela. Energetic and positive woman who put all the details in the newly renovated apartment together. The location is great (just 10 min from the centre) with a lot of green areas, groceries stores. The balcony is a huge bonus to enjoy the viewpoint on Brno from 11th floor and sipping a cup of coffee/tea.
Overall, I would return back if needed. I highly recommend it.

A nice and calm neighborhood with a lot of green areas, even a nice path to the forest nearby. You can find groceries stores, public transportation, easy parking in the street, restaurants.

Daniela is a truly perfect landlord! I've never seen such a helpful landlord in my life.
Firstly I want to mention that she helped me a lot with documents needed for a visa by getting them, verificating them by notary, and then sending to another (!) country to me.
You will never encounter any problems in her place. Something got broken or something unexpected happened? You'll get help from Daniela as soon as possible.
She is also speaking perfect english which is kinda rare in Brno so you won't have any troubles with communication.
Speaking about the place, overall it is just all good. Everything is working perfectly, and it looks indeed cozy.
Sadly, this place now is sold but if you will ever encounter another place with Daniela as a landlord on flatio - do not miss it!

Daniela and Petr are great landlords and people. If I ever had any issues they were there to help. They are friendly, polite and professional. The Flate itself is perfect in my opinion, It has more than enough storage, it is well kept and modren. Public transport, i.e. buses and trams, are all within a very short walking distance, and it is only a 16min jorney by tram to town center. If you have a car, parking is also very easily found nearby, if not directly outside the flats building. I would 100% recommend renting with them, and if I am in Brno ever again, I hope to stay with them once again.

If you're looking for a place to arrive in Brno, this apartment is the BEST PLACE! It is beautiful, clean, and has everything you may need to have a nice arrival in the city. Even though it is a little bit far from the center of the city, you can get easily there because it is close to various trams.
Also, Daniela is an AMAZING landlady. She's willing to help you in whatever you need and it is easy to communicate to her if you have any questions or issues.
A superb recommendation. :D ❤

A very residential and quiet neighborhood. You're going to be close to a supermarket and one of the trams that take you to the city center. It is a lovely place.

Paní Nedělníková je úžasná, příjemná a ochotná žena, která je velmi vstřícná a pokaždé, když se potkáte, tak Vás zpříjemní den krásným úsměvem. Dokáže podpořit v nelehké životní situaci a motivovat. Bydlení je moc krásné, útulné a klidné.

Nedělníkovi byli perfektní milí nájemci, byt dokonalý, veskere vybaveni jsme měli k dispozici, žádný problem se nenaskytl. Byt je nadherny, v perfektní lokalitě, s nádherným designem a veškerým příslušenstvím. Za mě 1*.

I have passed a very very good stay in this flat.
It was very well equipped and had very well decoration.
This flat is also well placed, near public transport and one supermarket.
